Devereux Arizona’s Community Based Services seeks compassionate Family (Crisis) Support Coordinators to provide in-home, youth-focused support in the Tucson area. You will work with 2-17 year-olds, delivering life skills coaching, crisis planning, and behavior management while coordinating with families and schools.

Services include intensive, one-on-one in-home support, crisis and safety planning, family support and coaching, behavior management, and coordinating with community supports. Our goal is to empower children, adolescents and their families to build resilience, strengthen relationships and develop the skills needed to thrive.
