Training in Functional Family Therapy is provided, and the role emphasizes flexibility to meet family schedules. The position is full-time with benefits, located in Sussex County, with afternoon, evening, and some weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Human Services or related field required.
• Home visiting experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive, evidence-based family therapy for children and adolescents.
• Deliver services primarily in home and community settings; some office sessions.
• Train in Functional Family Therapy.
• Collaborate with families in Sussex County and surrounding areas.
