Cffde is seeking a Master's Level Social Worker to provide intensive, evidence-based family therapy for children and adolescents. Most sessions occur in the family home or community, with some in-office work.

Training in Functional Family Therapy is provided, and the role emphasizes flexibility to meet family schedules. The position is full-time with benefits, located in Sussex County, with afternoon, evening, and some weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Seeking Master’s Level Social Worker to provide intensive, evidence-based model of therapy for families with children ages five years to adolescents.
• Therapeutic services are provided primarily in the family’s home and community; minimal sessions are conducted in the office setting. Individual and some group therapy work.
• Comfort in conducting family therapy in the home/community is required.
• Experience in working with families and children preferred.
• Training provided in Functional Family Therapy.
• Position works with families in Sussex County.
• Position works primarily afternoon and evenings.
• Requires flexibility in schedule, with the ability to work evenings and some weekends in order to work around family schedules

Requirements

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Master's Degree in Social Work, Human Services or related degree, required. Previous experience in the field, preferred.
