Job summary

Purposefulparentingllc is hiring a Case Manager to deliver home- and community-based services that support safe families and prevent unnecessary foster placement. You will assess needs, coordinate services, and document progress for children and families while maintaining culturally competent, family-centered care in Indiana communities.

Travel to client homes will be required; a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are necessary to transport clients safely and on time, as you collaborate

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED plus 2 years serving children at risk for abuse or neglect.
• Or a 4-year degree in Psychology, Sociology, or Social Work.
• Minimum of two years’ experience working with families in a similar service.
• Qualifications to conduct behavioral health assessments for services under child safety.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and the ability to use a private car to transport self and others.
• Must comply with the state policy concerning minimum car insurance coverage.

Education
