Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field; 1 year of experience with children and families.
• Associate’s degree with 2 years of experience acceptable.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed).

Responsibilities

• Providing in-home support and teaching practical skills to strengthen families.
• Connecting families with community resources such as schools, healthcare, and social services.
• Offering crisis intervention and guidance when needed.
• Building strong relationships with families and collaborating with professionals like teachers, doctors, and social workers.
• Developing service plans, monitoring progress, and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Serves as a role model in carrying out activities and behaviors that reflect the Boys Town mission
