Job summary

Youth Villages is seeking passionate individuals for a role in their Intercept® program aimed at supporting families and preventing out-of-home placements. This position involves conducting sessions, assessments, and providing crisis support while maintaining a flexible schedule based on family needs.

Candidates must have at least a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, with preferred Master's qualifications. The offered pay rate is $20 – $22 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, vacation, and reimbursement for mileage.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a social services discipline (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in a social services discipline (required).
• Experience working with at-risk youth and/or families in a relevant role.

Responsibilities

• Carry a small caseload as assigned by supervisor.
• Conduct ongoing assessments of youth needs.
• Provide on-call crisis support to youth and families.
