Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a motivated Home Services Sales Consultant to drive outside sales by visiting customers’ homes and industry events. You will present exterior and interior products, tailor quotes, and explain warranties and financing options.

You will also educate store associates on HDIS offerings, nurture local relationships, and generate new referrals to grow the sales pipeline while maintaining profitability.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Prior in-home or field sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel regularly to customer homes and events.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers' homes to present and quote products.
• Conduct sales presentations and explain warranties and financing.
• Prepare orders, paperwork, and measurements.
• Develop new customer referrals and relationships with stores and management.
