Job summary

Cozy LLC in Phoenix is seeking in-home performance sales representatives paid solely on commission. You visit homes across the Phoenix Metro, inspect attics, educate customers on energy waste, and guide them toward insulation, air sealing, and duct work.

This is a full-time, on-site role with no base salary. You’ll start on doors or old leads, earn only when you close deals, and may work nights or weekends; top closers earn six figures through commissions, with about $12k–$15k of leads provided

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and a reliable car.
• Willing and able to climb ladders and get in attics.
• Accept 100% commission with no base, draw, or salary.
• Can start in 2–3 weeks.
• Nights and weekends are fine.
• Will drive Phoenix Metro for the Phoenix office.
• Will start on doors or old leads before ad-budget leads.

Responsibilities

• Go into homes across the Phoenix Metro, inspect the attic and educate on energy waste.
• Sell insulation, air sealing, duct work, and related items.
• Drive across the Phoenix Metro to meet customers.
• Work nights and weekends as needed; follow up with leads.
• Earn compensation exclusively through sales commissions.
