Job summary

Care Planning Institute, Inc is seeking a part-time in-home assessor for the Tucson, AZ area. Assessments involve speaking with elderly clients at their homes to identify non-medical care needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming and light housekeeping.

Assessments last about 30 minutes, with travel time paid at $40/hour. Flexible schedule, weekends possible, and work can be from 8am–8pm. Training provided and TB test required.

Qualifications

• Experience providing care for elderly clients in a home setting.
• Ability to assess non-medical needs like bathing, dressing, grooming, and light house cleaning.
• Willingness to travel within a 2-hour drive of Tucson.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home assessments for elderly clients in the Tucson, AZ region.
• Interview clients in their homes to identify non-medical care needs.
• Coordinate travel and complete assessments within 3–7 days when requested.
• Time and travel time paid at $40/hour; travel within 2-hour radius paid.
