Job summary

Each assessment lasts about 30 minutes, with travel time paid at $40/hour. Flexible schedule; weekends are acceptable.

Qualifications

• Background check will be performed.
• Must obtain TB skin test if not recently done.
• Flexible schedule; weekends acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home assessments for elderly clients within a two-hour drive of Taos, NM.
• Ask questions about non-medical care needs (bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, etc.).
• Document assessment findings and report needs to the agency.
