Job summary

Life Steps Foundation Children and Family Services seeks part-time and full-time Early Interventionists to deliver in-home early intervention services in the San Gabriel Valley. You will work with families to address developmental needs, plan for age-appropriate progress, and guide transitions to preschool.

Responsibilities include providing 1-to-1 services, offering parental resources, documenting billing and reports, and attending staff meetings.

Qualifications

• BA degree and two years field-related experience with young children.
• Theoretical knowledge of infant/child development and parent–child relationships.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-to-1 in-home early intervention services.
• Plan for child to be developmentally age-appropriate in natural environments.
• Support families with resources and information about their child’s needs.
• Assist families emotionally and guide them through transitions to preschool.
• Submit billing, payroll documents, and monthly client reports to coordinators.
