HealthPRO Pediatrics is seeking Speech Language Pathologists for in-home Early Intervention (ages 0-3) in York, PA and surrounding areas. Flexible Full-Time, Part-Time or PRN options with hybrid scheduling; W-2 position and comprehensive benefits.

Compensation up to $75/hour with higher rates for cross-county travel. Build a schedule that fits your life, visit families in their homes, and support child development with a collaborative team.

Qualificações

• Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure as an SLP, or licensure eligible; ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.
• Strong assessment, diagnostic and therapeutic abilities with communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Speech sessions following the IFSP plan and best practices.
• Work with families in natural environments and community settings.
• Collaborate with professionals to meet child/family goals.
• Maintain documentation including session notes, progress summaries, and IFSP input.
