Job summary

People Incorporated is hiring an Early Childhood Clinician LICSW/LMHC to provide in-home mental health support for children birth-3 and families within our Early Intervention Program. This full-time role runs Monday-Friday with no holidays or weekends.

You will work in a flexible, community-based setting, collaborating with a team of educators, therapists and specialists while empowering families through coaching and advocacy.

Qualifications

• Licensed in MA as LICSW or LMHC.
• Experience with children birth-5.
• Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass criminal background check and driving record screening.
• Current CPR, First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home mental health support & developmental guidance.
• Conduct screenings, assessments & caregiver coaching.
• Collaborate in a team of educators, therapists & specialists.
• Empower families through connection and advocacy.
