Job summary

People Incorporated is actively hiring an Early Childhood Clinician LICSW/LMHC in Massachusetts. This full-time role operates Monday through Friday with no holidays or weekends, offering a salary between $62,400 and $72,800 per year plus incentives for a 40-hour work week.

The position focuses on supporting children from birth to 3 and their families within a flexible, community-based Early Intervention Program.

Qualifications

• Licensed in MA as LICSW or LMHC.
• Experience with children birth–5 required.
• Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings, assessments & caregiver coaching.
• Collaborate in a team of educators, therapists & specialists.

What You�ll Do:

What You'll Need:

Valid driver�s license and reliable transportation.

Must successfully pass a criminal background check and driving record screening.

Current CPR, First Aid certification, and health records required.
