The role includes hands-on personal care, assisting with dressing, meals, routines, and safety. You will provide prompting, companionship, and documentation while promoting dignity and independence. Schedule: Mon-Fri 4am-8am; pay $17-$21/hour; driving not required on shift.

Qualifications

• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist a 55-year-old male with Cerebral Palsy with dressing, changing, meal preparation, brushing teeth, and the like.
• Provide verbal prompting and personal care when applicable.
• Support daily routines and encourage independence.
• Provide one-to-one supervision, companionship, and safety support.
• Assist with community participation, errands, appointments, and meaningful activities as applicable.
• Follow individualized care, behavioral, medical, and safety instructions within DSP scope and training.
• Observe for and promptly report changes or concerns.
• Complete required service documentation, timekeeping, and communication accurately and on time.

Responsibilities May Include
