Job summary

Kinder Growth Therapy in New Jersey is seeking compassionate part-time DIRFloortime therapists to work with autistic children in in-home sessions. You will build meaningful relationships through play and collaborate with supervisors.

Sessions are typically weekday afternoons/evenings with some weekend options; flexible hours help match your availability. A reliable phone/tablet and willingness to pass background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to in-home sessions and ability to engage physically with children.
• Available for sessions after school or early evenings; weekend options preferred.
• Must pass Federal and State background checks and have a valid form of ID.
• At least 1 year of relevant childcare or therapy experience is required.
• Preferred bilingual ability (Spanish-English) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 DIRFloortime therapy to autistic children.
• Build strong, trusting relationships through play and emotional attunement.
• Collect light session data using your phone or tablet.
• Collaborate with credentialed supervisors for ongoing support.
