Job summary

Kinder Growth Therapy is seeking compassionate therapists to provide 1:1 DIRFloortime therapy to autistic children in home settings within 30 minutes of your location.

The role is part-time with flexible hours, mostly weekday afternoons and evenings, with optional weekend sessions. You will build meaningful relationships, document session data on a phone or tablet, and receive ongoing supervision and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel for home visits.
• Ability to engage physically with children (e.g., playing on the floor).
• Working phone or tablet to collect session data.
• Ability to pass Federal and State background checks.
• Valid form of ID.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, child development, etc.
• Preferred: Bilingual (Spanish-English).
• Preferred: Experience with the DIRFloortime model.

Responsibilities

• Provide playful, 1:1 DIRFloortime therapy to autistic children.
• Build strong, trusting relationships through emotionally attuned play.
• Collect light session data using your phone or tablet.
• Collaborate with and receive ongoing support from credentialed supervisors.
