Job summary

Kinder Growth Therapy in Englewood, NJ, seeks a part-time in-home DIRFloortime therapist to work with autistic children after school hours. You will provide 1:1 play-based therapy, build trusting relationships, and collect lightweight data using a phone or tablet.

Flexible schedule, weekly mentorship, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for growth. Ideal candidates have 1+ year of relevant experience, reliable transportation, ability to engage on the floor, and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to engage physically with children; play on the floor.
• Working phone or tablet to collect session data.
• Must pass Federal and State background checks.
• Valid form of ID.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in education/psychology/child development.
• Preferred: Bilingual (Spanish-English).
• Preferred: DIRFloortime experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 DIRFloortime therapy to autistic children.
• Build trusting relationships through emotionally attuned play.
• Collect light session data using phone or tablet.
