You will be matched with clients based on skill fit and personality, and work independently while receiving support from a clinical care team. Training is provided, and consistent weekly hours are offered at $25 per hour, with scheduling tailored to each care plan.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting dialysis patients in home or clinical settings.
• Familiarity with home dialysis machines preferred.
• Reliable, empathetic, and detail-oriented; strong interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Set up and support patient dialysis treatments.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and ensure schedule adherence.
• Monitor safety and assist with light ADLs.
• Maintain communication with clinic nurses and care coordinators.
