Job summary

Herewith is seeking a dependable Home Hemodialysis Care Partner to support a female patient in her 60s at her home in Missouri. The role involves one-on-one care with a training period, and you will work four days per week with a flexible mid-morning schedule.

Training will cover patient-specific dialysis processes, home setup guidance, and ongoing clinical team support to ensure you feel confident in your duties and in providing compassionate companionship and care.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of dialysis experience (home or clinic).
• Willing to complete training and in-home dialysis support.
• Steady, supportive and patient, especially during an adjustment period.
• Strong communication with clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with dialysis treatment setup (Tableu or NxStage).
• Keep the treatment environment clean, organized, and safe.
