Job summary

Herewith in Saint Peters, Missouri is seeking a Home Hemodialysis Care Partner to support a patient at home four days per week. Training is provided and you will work with a clinical team to ensure confidence in performing dialysis tasks.

Start ASAP with a schedule of Monday to Friday mid-morning hours, offering companionship, safety, and light ADL support while maintaining accurate shift notes. Compensation is $35 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of dialysis experience (home or clinic).
• Familiarity with home dialysis systems preferred (Tableu or NxStage is a plus).
• Open to in-home dialysis support and willing to complete the provided training.
• Steady, supportive, and patient - especially during an adjustment period.
• Strong communicator who works well with a clinical team.
• Must pass a Herewith background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with dialysis treatment setup (Tableu or NxStage dialysis machine).
• Keep the treatment environment clean, organized, and safe.
• Offer companionship and emotional reassurance.
• Help the patient remain on schedule with treatment times.
• Provide light ADL support as needed.
• Monitor safety and report concerns to the coordinating nurse.
• Maintain simple documentation and shift notes.
