Job summary

A premier home goods retailer is seeking a Design Studio Specialist to engage with customers, assist them in design consultations, and complete sales transactions. Responsibilities include one-on-one consultations, creating design plans, and maintaining product knowledge. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years in customer service or retail, with strong communication and organizational skills. Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service and retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 75 lbs.
• Must be able to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in one-on-one consultations regarding design.
• Perform in-home consultations to accurately measure living spaces.
• Create and present design plans based on clients' needs and preferences.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Utilize world-class service standards for customer assistance.
