3 Day Blinds is a national retailer and manufacturer of custom blinds, shades, draperies, and shutters. In Bakersfield, CA, we invite you to join our field-based Design Consultant team to transform spaces with personalized window treatments.

You will meet clients in their homes, guide them through design decisions, and close sales during the in-home visit. Expect paid training, company-provided appointments, and uncapped earning potential as you build a high-impact career with a national brand.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to earn uncapped commissions.
• Comfortable working independently in the field.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend window treatments.
• Design simple, beautiful solutions tailored to client style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and close sales in the home.
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups; build referrals locally.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation.
