Job summary

3 Day Blinds in Jersey City is seeking a Design Consultant who will meet clients in their homes, design custom window treatments, and guide them through a confident buying decision in a single visit.

With company-provided appointments, four weeks of paid training, and uncapped earnings, you’ll build a high-impact career from day one, managing your schedule and local travel. You’ll build relationships and earn commissions based on performance.

Qualifications

• Natural people person who enjoys building relationships and helping others make decisions they feel great about.
• Motivated by performance and excited by uncapped earning potential.
• Confident, coachable, and comfortable working independently in the field.
• Organized and able to manage multiple appointments across the week.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend the right custom window treatments.
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client’s style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home.
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation.
