3 Day Blinds is a national retailer and manufacturer of custom window treatments that helps clients transform homes through in-home design visits. You will meet clients at their homes, design tailored solutions, and guide them to a confident buying decision during a single visit.

With four weeks of paid training, uncapped earning potential, and company-provided appointments, you can build a high-impact career from day one while travelling locally in your territory.

Qualifications

• Natural people person who builds relationships and helps others make decisions they feel great about.
• Motivated by performance and uncapped earning potential.
• Confident, coachable, and comfortable working independently in the field.
• Organized and able to manage multiple appointments across the week.
• Flexible to work at least one weekend day.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend the right custom window treatments.
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client's style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home.
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation.
