3 Day Blinds, a national retailer and manufacturer of custom window treatments, seeks a Design Consultant to meet clients in their homes and guide them through buying decisions in a single visit.

You’ll receive company-provided appointments, four weeks of paid training, and uncapped earning potential, with average earnings in the $70k–$100k+ range. This is a field-based role with a territory as your office.

Competenze

• No prior design experience required; training provided.
• Backgrounds in sales, hospitality, customer service, retail or similar fast-paced client-facing roles do well.
• Willingness to travel locally; territory is your office.

Mansioni

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend the right custom window treatments for every space
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client's style and budget
• Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation
