3 Day Blinds is a national retailer and manufacturer of quality, custom-made blinds, shades, draperies, and shutters. Consultants meet clients in homes, helping design beautiful window treatments and guiding them to confident buying decisions in a single visit.

You’ll operate with company-provided appointments, four weeks of paid training, and uncapped earning potential, building a high-impact career from day one in the field. Training is provided; your income depends on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles. Training provided.
• Ability to design simple, beautiful solutions tailored to client styles.
• Comfort with traveling locally and meeting clients in homes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend the right window treatments.
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client's style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home.
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation.
