Job summary

Springs Window Fashions is seeking a Design Consultant for the Nashville, TN area to drive revenue through in-home consultations and expert product guidance. You’ll partner with retailers and the Springs field team to grow sales while applying interior design knowledge to client projects.

You will engage customers, present solutions, and finalize orders, with a compensation package including base pay, incentive opportunities, and benefits. This role offers growth within a Best Experience team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• At least one year of related work experience preferred.
• May require local licensing in some municipalities.
• Inspiring and persuasive communication/presentation skills.
• Excel in high-pressure environment with attention to detail.
• Some experience with color in the home and interior design a plus.
• Strong selling and window covering knowledge.
• Ability to assess jobsite and identify solutions.

Responsibilities

• 85% - Conduct In-Home sales consultations and close orders.
• 10% - Work with Big Box Retailers and educate staff to drive leads.
• 5% - Communication and planning.
