Midwest Bath, the exclusive Jacuzzi Bath Remodel dealer for Iowa and much of Illinois, seeks sales consultants to demonstrate products to homeowners and close sales with a proven in-home methodology. You will handle paperwork and financing, and collaborate with Admin/Operations to finish projects.

We offer a high earning potential with strong commissions; expect earnings from $90,000 to $200,000+ after training, with a typical base pay of $100,000–$150,000 per year and a 1099 engagement.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience recommended.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate our products and service to homeowners while following a proven in-home sale methodology.
• Complete all paperwork and financing documentation accurately.
• Follow up as required with our Admin and Operations team to ensure successful completion of your customer’s project.

Basic Qualifications:

• High school degree or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience recommended.

• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate upward concisely.
• Ability and comfortability traveling to sales leads anywhere in and around a 2 hour radius from your home.
• Self-motivated, detailed, and organized.
• Enjoy working as a 1099 employee to maximize your earning potential.
• The ability to not take “no” personally and a healthy sense of competitiveness.
• Time and work process management skills and the ability to work independently.
• The owner of any iPhone and a 12.9 iPad pro with cell service and keyboard.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screen.

Schedule:

• Full time – 5 days a week M-F with alternating Saturdays
• Appointments are scheduled throughout the week at three different time slots; 10:00am, 2:00pm, and 6:00pm Monday - Friday, 10:00am and 2:00pm on Saturdays.
• Road warrior – must be comfortable driving an average of 1000 miles a week.
