Job summary

Midwest Bath in the Midwest region is seeking an In-Home Design & Sales Consultant to demonstrate our Jacuzzi Bath Remodel offerings to homeowners using a proven in-home sales approach.

You will complete financing paperwork, coordinate with Admin/Operations, and drive selling momentum with strong communication and time-management skills. This role emphasizes a 1099 structure and high earning potential with robust travel requirements.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience recommended.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate our products and service to homeowners while following a proven in-home sale methodology.
• Complete all paperwork and financing documentation accurately.
• Follow up as required with our Admin and Operations team to ensure successful completion of your customer’s project.

Our compensation plan rewards solid performance with a strong commission rate and the opportunity to reach your true earning potential. With this pay structure, our sales consultants earn $90,000 to $200,000 and more in annual income following the initial 2 weeks of training. Get paid what you’re worth and enjoy what you do

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate our products and service to homeowners while following a proven in-home sale methodology.


• Complete all paperwork and financing documentation accurately.


• Follow up as required with our Admin and Operations team to ensure successful completion of your customer’s project.

Basic Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent


• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.


• 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience recommended.

• Ability and comfortability traveling to sales leads anywhere in and around a 2 hour radius from your home.

• The ability to not take “no” personally and a healthy sense of competitiveness.


• Time and work process management skills and the ability to work independently.


• The owner of any iPhone and a 12.9 iPad pro with cell service and keyboard.


• Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screen.

Schedule

• Full time – 5 days a week M-F with alternating Saturdays


• Appointments are scheduled throughout the week at three different time slots; 10:00am, 2:00pm, and 6:00pm Monday - Friday, 10:00am and 2:00pm on Saturdays.


• Road warrior – must be comfortable driving an average of 1000 miles a week.
