Job summary

Midwest Bath is hiring for an in-home sales consultant, and you will present our Jacuzzi Bath Remodel offerings to homeowners within a two-hour radius. As a 1099 contractor, you’ll be responsible for closing deals with a strong commission structure and a fast-paced schedule.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and 2+ years of sales experience. You will travel regionally, complete financing paperwork, and collaborate with our admin/ops team to finalize projects.

Pay for performance is a salesperson’s greatest compensation motivator! Our compensation plan rewards solid performance with a strong commission rate and the opportunity to reach your true earning potential. With this pay structure, our sales consultants earn $90,000 to $200,000 and more in annual income following the initial 2 weeks of training. Get paid what you’re worth and enjoy what you do!

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate our products and service to homeowners while following a proven in-home sale methodology.
• Complete all paperwork and financing documentation accurately.
• Follow up as required with our Admin and Operations team to ensure successful completion of your customer’s project.

Basic Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience recommended.

Schedule

• Full time – 5 days a week M-F with alternating Saturdays
• Appointments are scheduled throughout the week at three different time slots; 10:00am, 2:00pm, and 6:00pm Monday - Friday, 10:00am and 2:00pm on Saturdays.
• Road warrior – must be comfortable driving an average of 1000 miles a week.
