Rainer Bath & Shower is seeking an In-Home Design Consultant to meet homeowners in their residences, assess needs, and design bathroom remodels with our iPad-based sales system. The role emphasizes presenting pricing, financing options, and closing sales to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

The position offers strong earning potential through commission with pre-qualified leads, flexible scheduling, paid training, and ongoing coaching in a locally owned company.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills required.
• Sales experience preferred; home improvement sales is a plus.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to close deals.
• Comfortable presenting and asking for the sale to move opportunities forward.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to visit customers in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in their homes using company-provided appointments.
• Listen to customers’ needs and recommend the best bath remodeling solution.
• Design projects using our iPad-based sales system.
• Present pricing and financing options to customers.
• Close sales and provide an outstanding customer experience.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and training.
