Qualifications

• People person who enjoys building relationships and helping others decide.
• Motivated by performance and uncapped earning potential.
• Confident, coachable, and able to work independently in the field.
• Organized and able to manage multiple appointments weekly.
• Willing to work at least one weekend day and four weekdays.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients in their homes to assess needs and recommend treatments.
• Create design solutions tailored to each client's style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and close sales in home.
• Manage your schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Generate referrals through local networking and deliver an outstanding in-home experience.
• Ensure smooth installation and handoff from sale to service.
