Job summary

3 Day Blinds is a national retailer and manufacturer offering in-home design consultations for custom window treatments. This full-time role involves meeting clients at their homes, designing solutions, guiding buying decisions, and closing sales on-site.

Training is provided with company appointments and uncapped earning potential. Earners can anticipate commissions and a comprehensive benefits package, plus mileage reimbursement and product samples.

Qualifications

• Natural people person who enjoys building relationships and helping others make decisions they feel great about.
• Motivated by performance and excited by uncapped earning potential.
• Confident, coachable, and comfortable working independently in the field.
• Organized and able to manage multiple appointments across the week.
• Flexible to work at least one weekend day, and 4 days during the week.
• Reliable transportation and comfortable traveling locally.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand needs and design beautiful, custom window treatments.
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client’s style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home.
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation.
