3 Day Blinds is seeking an in-home Design Consultant to meet clients in their homes, design custom window treatments, and guide buying decisions in a single visit. Company-provided appointments and four weeks of paid training support you, with uncapped earning potential in a dynamic, field-based role.

You’ll manage your own schedule, build relationships, and grow business through referrals while representing a national brand committed to development and opportunity.

• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client's style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home.
