Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills to build client relationships and influence decisions.

• Reliable transportation with ability to work weekends and manage multiple appointments.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend custom window treatments.
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to client style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home.
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation.
