3 Day Blinds is seeking a Design Consultant to meet clients in their homes, design custom window treatments, and guide them to a confident buying decision in a single visit. This full-time role includes company-provided appointments and a structured training program.

Earn uncapped commissions with average earnings around $70K–$100K+, enhanced by self-generated leads. Three weeks of paid training and full benefits complete the package.
