3 Day Blinds is a national retailer and manufacturer of custom blinds, shades, draperies, and shutters. In this Design Consultant role, you meet clients in their homes, craft tailored design solutions, and guide them to confident buying decisions in a single visit.

You’ll have company-provided appointments, four weeks of paid training, and uncapped earning potential, with earnings averaging $70K–$100K+ for top performers.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Willing to work weekends.
• No prior design experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend window treatments.
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client.
• Guide clients through the buying process and close sales in the home.
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation.
