Job summary

3 Day Blinds is a national retailer and manufacturer offering custom blinds, shades, draperies, and shutters. Our Design Consultants meet clients in their homes to design, present, and close purchases on the spot, with company-provided appointments and four weeks of paid training.

Earn uncapped commissions with an average of $70K–$100K+ and top performers earning more. You will manage your schedule, generate referrals, and experience a growth path within a national brand.

Qualifications

• Natural people person who enjoys building relationships and helping others make decisions they feel great about.
• Motivated by uncapped earning potential.
• Confident, coachable and comfortable working independently in the field.
• Organized and able to manage multiple appointments across the week.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend the right custom window treatments.
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client's style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home.
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation.
