Home Brands Group LLC is seeking a driven Design Consultant for Atlanta to lead homeowners from design to close in in-home sessions. You will present remodeling options with premium products and use company-provided leads, enjoying an uncapped commission structure.

This role requires a consultative sales approach, ability to manage design projects, and strong communication to build trust with homeowners. Weekday, evening, and weekend appointments are possible, with a focus on customer

Qualifications

• Proven success in sales, especially in-home or field sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and earn customer trust.
• Comfortable closing sales in a one-call-close environment.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Tech-savvy with CRM and design/pricing tools.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in their homes to assess needs and present customized bathroom remodeling solutions.
• Guide customers through the full design process, including product selection and layout recommendations.
• Build trust and deliver a consultative sales experience from initial meeting through close.
• Create accurate project pricing and proposals using company tools and systems.
• Close sales on the spot using a proven in-home sales process.
• Manage your pipeline and follow up with prospects as needed.
• Collaborate with operations and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
