Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking a Residential Sales Specialist (Design Consultant) to join our New Jersey Territory. This full-time, commission-based role includes paid training and uncapped earnings potential.

Design Consultants visit pre-scheduled residential appointments, present window and door replacement options, and help homeowners make a same-day decision. Travel required; a valid driver’s license is necessary.

Qualifications

• Have a valid Driver’s License (required).
• Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for appointments on a daily basis (required).
• Ability to lift and carry at least 40-60 lbs. of sample materials (required).
• Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad (required).
• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions (required).
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process (required).

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-scheduled home appointments and conduct sales presentations.
• Provide homeowners with all information needed to make a same-day decision on window/door replacements.
• This is a strong one-call close sales role with no project management or follow-up required.
