3 Day Blinds is a national retailer and manufacturer of custom window treatments. In this full-time role, you will meet clients in their homes, design solutions, and guide them to a confident buying decision, all during a single visit.

You’ll have company-provided appointments, three weeks of paid training, and uncapped earning potential as you build a high-impact career across a national brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or client-facing roles preferred.
• No prior design experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend window treatments.
• Create simple design solutions tailored to each client’s style and budget.
• Guide clients through buying process and close sales in the home.
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to installation.
