Luxury Bath of Buffalo is seeking an experienced In-Home Design Consultant (Sales Representative) to meet with homeowners, present bath remodeling solutions, and create customized designs on-site. This role offers a base-commission structure with unlimited earning potential and a flexible Part-Time to Full-Time schedule in the Buffalo, NY area.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and are comfortable presenting to homeowners and closing sales.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
• In-home sales or home improvement experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset.
• Comfortable presenting to homeowners and closing sales.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Technology-friendly with tablets and software.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes.
• Present our industry-leading bath remodeling solutions.
• Use an iPad and design software to create customized bathroom designs.
• Deliver professional product presentations.
• Provide pricing and financing options.
• Close sales and achieve performance goals.
