Job summary

Luxury Bath of Pittsburgh is seeking an In-Home Design Consultant to meet with pre-qualified homeowners, design customized bathroom remodeling solutions, and guide them through the purchasing process. This is an outside sales role with uncapped earning potential based on commissions and performance.

The position includes pre-qualified appointments, comprehensive product offerings, and ongoing training. A flexible schedule and growth opportunities are available as the company continues to expand

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Previous in-home sales or home improvement industry experience is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with pre-qualified leads.
• Present our products and services using company-provided sales tools and technology.
• Design customized bath remodeling solutions that fit each homeowner's needs.
• Close sales and achieve individual performance goals.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development programs.
