Job summary

Luxury Bath of Pittsburgh, a division of Stillwater Bath, is seeking an In-Home Design Consultant to meet with pre-qualified homeowners and design customized bathroom remodeling solutions. This outside sales role offers unlimited earning potential and requires strong consultative selling skills.

You will present products, guide customers through purchasing, and close sales while enjoying ongoing training and support. Travel throughout the Pittsburgh market is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience
• Previous in-home sales or home improvement experience preferred
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
• Comfortable using tablets, mobile technology, and sales software
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Pittsburgh market and surrounding communities

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with pre-qualified leads
• Present our products and services using company-provided sales tools and technology
• Design customized bath remodeling solutions that fit each homeowner's needs
• Build rapport and establish trust with customers
• Provide accurate pricing and financing options
• Close sales and achieve individual performance goals
• Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development programs
