La-Z-Boy Incorporated is seeking an innovative leader to run the In-Home Design program and deliver personalized client solutions with a strong design and brand focus. The role translates client needs into design concepts, conducts in-home consultations, and strengthens sales teams with design expertise.

The role emphasizes professionalism, integrity, and elevating the design culture while aligning with the La-Z-Boy ethos across homes, work, and communities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years in sales or interior design with residential emphasis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, CAD programs, financial understanding, interpersonal communication, analytical abilities, goal orientation, team management, and customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Promote the La-Z-Boy In-Home Design program and present customized portfolio presentations tailored to the client’s requirements.
• Schedule and conduct in-home consultations to understand client needs, preferences, and vision for their space.
• Coach and support sales teams to improve design culture, product knowledge, sales techniques and in-home design performance.
• Translate the client’s lifestyle, taste, and budget into actionable design recommendations.
• Ensure execution of operational procedures and assist with promotions.
