The Profile of an ideal candidate

So, rather than a "pushy" salesperson, we need someone who asks questions, listens to the homeowner, determines their needs, offers options for them to choose from and closes the deal.

About your Manager

You will be working directly with the owners of the company, individuals who are committed to your success. They are responsible for your training and ongoing development. They are not micro-managers and they expect you will work independently, but will always provide backup and support when needed.

Schedule

We will schedule sales calls based upon your availability whenever possible. If you want appointments at night so you can take care of your needs during the day, we will work with you as much as we can. Sometimes you may need to meet with a homeowner on a Saturday morning.
