Job Description: Sales Representative at Bath Planet

Are you looking to work for a leading company in the bath remodeling industry? Currently, we are the fastest growing acrylic bath remodeler in the United States. We offer a stylish, cost-effective, low-maintenance bath solution to homeowners and those with accessibility needs. Our commitment to quality and workmanship has established an unrivaled reputation in the market.

Position: Sales Representative

This is a part-time or full-time outside sales position (1099). Your role will involve developing relationships with pre-qualified homeowners. You are not responsible for generating your own leads, as we have a rigorous pre-qualification process to ensure your success. Your main focus will be on selling, while we handle order processing and post-sale customer service. You will need to learn our training process and products within the first 90 days and deliver a proven sales presentation to consumers who need our services.

Preference may be given to candidates with prior acrylic bathroom remodeling sales experience with companies such as Reborn, Dreamline, Rebath, Luxury Bath, Bathfitter, etc.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Deliver our proprietary sales presentation to homeowners using an iPad
  • Participate in ongoing weekly sales training sessions
  • Design new baths using our proprietary iPad software
  • Present pricing and close sales daily
Qualifications:
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Confident public speaking abilities
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, and disciplined
  • Ability to work independently
  • Outgoing and articulate personality, thriving in social settings
  • Previous sales experience preferred but not required
