Job summary

Cleek's Incorporated is seeking a Delivery Technician to safely deliver, install, and pick up merchandise at customers' homes. You will maintain company vehicles and help keep the warehouse organized, while providing excellent service.

Qualifications

• Proven communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of appliances, electronics, and furniture setup preferred.
• Strong driving and navigation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Load and secure merchandise for transport.
• Deliver, install, and set up products in customers' homes.
• Operate Company vehicles safely and defensively.
• Verify customer information and obtain signatures.
• Collect authorized payments according to procedures.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety.
• Organize warehouse and backroom inventory.
• Assist with assembly and preparation of merchandise.
• Follow delivery schedules and complete paperwork accurately.
• Provide professional customer service during interactions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
