Healthcare Recruiters International is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with lymphedema experience or CLT certification to join a clinician-led team delivering in-home therapy. Competitive pay: $77,000–$93,000 annually or $50–$60/hour. Opportunities across Florida with potential mentorship and paid training.

Qualifications

• Active COTA license required.
• CLT certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within coverage area.
• Comfortable using electronic documentation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home lymphedema therapy under supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
• Provide hands-on therapy and patient education for self-management.
• Complete documentation accurately and participate in interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Maintain compliance with clinical, state, and federal guidelines.
